Q: What is included in my rent?
A: Your rent includes a suite with a sink in most rooms, keyless entry door, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry area, break room, waiting area, website directory listing and 24/7 secured access system. Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.
Q: How often is rent due?
A: Rent is due weekly on Friday by 4pm via cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. We DO NOT accept cash, Money orders or personal checks.
Q: How long is the lease agreement?
A: The lease agreement is for 12 months. we do not offer daily rates
Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: Your deposit is two weeks of rent so prices may vary Depending on the size suite you choose.
Q: What are the requirement to lease a suite?
A:Established clientele, a current State of Georgia license (If needed) Business License, and General & Professional Liability Insurance
Q: How do I reserve a suite?
A: It's simple!
1. Complete an INQUIRY FORM
2. Schedule a tour
3. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
4. Wait for approval
5. Once approved, submit a non-refundable reservation fee
Q: Do you have a lot of walk-in traffic?
A: Genysis Salon Suites was designed for professionals who already have a strong, established clientele.
Q: what are the suite facility hours?
A: 6am-2am. Our facility has a 24×7 security controlled environment for the safety of our tenants who may be working non-traditional hours or are alone in the building.
Q: Is parking available on-site?
A: There is plenty of parking within the parking lot.
Q: Can I decorate my room?
A: Yes. You can personalize your suite with decorative art and accessories. We do allow (1) accent. All paint and TV installation will be done by the Genysis maintenance team
Q: How many suites are in building?
A: There a total of 14 suites
Q: Is the building safe?
A: We are located in one of the moste prestigious neighborhoods in Clayton County. Our suite is controlled access, and only clients with appointments are allowed.
